Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

The submission file is in Microsoft Word, PDF document file format.

Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; uses 1 in margins; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Author Guidelines
Authors are required to comply with the following guidelines. Submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
Accepted articles are required to follow the JBDAI template for final submission.
Cost to Publish / APC: ZERO publishing cost to author - JBDAI does not charge any publishing fees at any stage or in any way to the author/s. All publishing costs for all accepted high quality articles are covered by NJBDA (https://njbda.org/), a non-profit association, with leading US universities and other organizations. This is a unique open access feature of JBDAI.

Use of AI: AI generated content is discouraged, and articles identified as being prominently generated by AI may be rejected. However, the use of AI with full disclosure of all details including LLM or AI application, prompt, query, date and such other details are allowable to the extent the research topic
Archival Policy – All published articles are to be archived with OJS (Open Journal System), in the NJBDA databases and in the databases of NJBDA associated university libraries.
